The Team
Sonam Garg
Founded Medical Linkers in 2015 after losing her father to cancer despite having every possible resource and access to care. The experience inspired her to pivot from a successful telecom operations career at Reliance Communications to build the empathy-led healthcare bridge her own family didn't have during their most difficult time.
Over the past 10+ years, she has scaled Medical Linkers into a trusted healthcare facilitation company that has served more than 25,000 patients globally. She also holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Ramaiah University, Bangalore.
Amit Sharma
Drives operations, finance, and on-ground patient services across India, Turkey, and Thailand, ensuring seamless coordination across the international healthcare ecosystem. He built and scaled a 10-language patient coordinator network spanning Iran, Africa, CIS countries, Bangladesh, and the GCC region.
He oversees vendor empanelment, ancillary healthcare services, operational strategy, and financial controls, playing a key role in maintaining service quality and organizational efficiency. He also holds an MBA in Information Technology and has earned multiple professional IT certifications, bringing strong technological and systems expertise to healthcare operations management.
