Lung Transplant

Lung transplant surgery is a procedure in which a diseased or failing lung is replaced with a healthy lung from a donor. This surgery is typically recommended for patients with end-stage lung disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, or cystic fibrosis.
