Dr. Somashekara HR, a consultant pediatric hepatologist at Gleneagles Global Health City, has over 20 years of experience and international training. He holds an MBBS, DCH, and DNB, along with fellowships in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Kings College Hospital, London, and Transplant Hepatology from Birmingham Children's Hospital, UK. A graduate of Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, he has extensive expertise in procedures like banding sigmoidoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, liver biopsy, abdominal paracentesis, and sclerotherapy.
