Prof. Tijen Alkan Bozkaya

Prof. Tijen Alkan Bozkaya is a specialist of cardiovascular surgeries and is a leading pediatric cardiac surgeon. Her areas of interest include, atherosclerosis, scientific studies on the interaction and formation mechanisms of Atherosclerosis with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, Alzheimer's and diabetes and biochemical advanced analysis results, atherosclerosis and thrombotic process, pediatric cardiac surgery pre-operative patient and pathology-specific biomechanical design and analysis studies in the surgical approach to complex cardiac anomalies. Prof. Bozkaya has been invited as speaker at conferences and international symposiums. She has contributed to 32 national papers and 45 international papers. She has majorly contributed to foreign publications.
